ROSTER Here is the ROSTER LINK to fill out your team roster. PLEASE use this link! This link provides you with a template that MUST be used. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to make a copy. Once you have completed your roster, please share it back with me or email it to [email protected] as an attachment. Fill it out as soon as you have your roster finalized. We ask that you follow the example given to help with formatting. Thank you so much for your attention to this! MASCOT LOGO Please email a high-resolution mascot logo that you would like for us to use in promotional material and the program. TEAM PHOTO If/when you have a team photo, please email that as well. T-SHIRTS This T-Shirts Google Form is provided to allow you to place your t-shirt order. NOTE: before filling out the form, you will want to gather the number of sizes for your team, including players and assistant coaches. We will also need the preferred size for your head coach. EVENT INFORMATIONARRIVAL & PARKING
HOSPITALITY ROOM Coaches, School Officials, and Bus Drivers all have access to the hospitality room. It will be located on the arena level in the Courtside Club. Student athletes will NOT have access to the hospitality room. HOTEL Stoney Creek Inn 2601 S Providence Rd, Columbia MO 65203 573-442-6400 Your reservation will be under the head coach's name. Upon arrival, the head coach will have to give an id and a credit/debit card, but he/she will not be charged for the stay. Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am. See the hotel website for other information. For non-participants, such as parents, wanting to stay at Stoney Creek, use this LINK for a reduced price. ATHLETIC DIRECTORS INFOWe would like to formally invite your cheerleaders, band, and or dance team to perform on the Norm Stewart Court at Mizzou Arena during halftime of your game. Any participant and coach of participants will be able to enter Mizzou Arena free of charge and stay as long as they want. All we ask is that students sit in the Mizzou student section at the end of the court. As we finalize plans for this year's event, we have information and a few questions for you to prepare for your school's arrival.
CHEERLEADERS/DANCE TEAM We are always excited to have cheerleaders and dance team members to come and support their team! Please use this Cheerleaders/Dance Team Google Form to provide us with important information we need. Please have this form submitted by December 2. Cheerleaders, dance team members, band members, and their coaches can park in Lot P and enter through the Athletic Offices entrance as long as the team's information has been submitted using the Google Form above. Also please bring a script for the PA to introduce your team for halftime, AND if you plan to bring your dance team, you will need to bring the music with you. STUDENT TICKETS Student fans attending NSC can enter through the front entrance (by Norm Stewart's statue) for $5 by showing the student ID. A school official can also bring a school check made out to The Missouri Basketball Coaches Association. We love pep buses! If students are arriving by school bus, the bus driver can drop them off at the front gate. The bus driver can then park in Lot P and enter through the Mizzou Athletic Offices entrance. Please place their name on the Pass List prior to December 6. NOTE: Your coach has already received this link. Again: All we ask is that students sit in the Mizzou student section at the end of the court! SCHOOL OFFICIALS/REPRESENTATIVES Administrators, press, and supervisors can also park in Lot P and enter through the Athletic Offices. They MUST be placed on the Pass List which has been sent to your head coach by December 2. FANS All parents, community members, fans, etc. can buy tickets at the front gate with cash or through the Tickets page located on this website prior to their arrival.
